What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a natural way to assist the body to better health. Homeopathic remedies retain the frequencies and sometimes nano-particles from every plant, mineral or animal used in a remedy. Homeopathy has been relied on for over 250 years by aristocrats and royalty such as Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles.
Remedies are prepared from natural substances, in a very specific way. The preparation of homoeopathic remedies includes repeated dilution and shaking called 'potentisation'. This process renders the remedies capable of stimulating the body's natural healing forces. The use of remedies follows the principle of “like cures like” first recognized by Samuel Hahnemann.
Modern research confirms the efficacy of homeopathy beyond the placebo effect. Homeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world, according the WHO.

Homeopathy and minerals….why?
Mineral Balancing is a natural approach to support the foundational building blocks of the body. Adding mineral balancing as a support for the body while using homeopathic remedies for specific concerns has been pivotal in our clients health journeys.

What should one expect on a visit to a homeopathic doctor or practitioner?
As stated earlier, a comprehensive interview is needed to determine all the symptoms the client is having, in order to determine the medication that produces those same symptoms. This can take up to an hour or even more. This detailed interview covers the client’s mental, physical and emotional well-being. Expect to be asked about all aspects of life including eating and sleeping habits, fears, sexuality, even patterns of elimination. Then, a homeopathic medication is prescribed, and the client reports the effects in follow up visits. Dosages are then adjusted and if symptoms change, so will the homeopathic prescription.
What WHO (World Health Organisation) has said about Homeopathy…
Called for a closer incorporation of Homeopathy into “western medical systems” (Poitevin B. Integrating Homoepathy in Health Systems, WHO Bulletin, 1999, 77, 2, 160-166).
In 2003-2004, WHO issued a 40-page draft on Homeopathy, entitled Homeopathy: review and analysis of reports on controlled clinical trials, claimed that the “majority” of peer-reviewed scientific papers published over the past 40 years “have demonstrated that homeopathy is superior to placebo in placebo-controlled trials and is equivalent to conventional medicines in the treatment of illness, in both humans and animals” (Gower Dr. N. Homeopathy is more than medicine, Homeopathic Association of South Africa, 2008)
The WHO states that Homeopathy is the second most used medical system internationally, with over $1 Billion in expenditures for such therapy (Lawrence M. Tierney, Jr. et al, Current Medical Diagnosis & Treatment USE: The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. 2004 (1701-03; 4th ed.).
The WHO state that homeopathy is experiencing an annual growth of around 20 - 25%, and it is estimated that by the year 2017, the world homeopathy market will be equivalent to the size of the entire current alternative health care market.
